Ms. Schultz is responsible for marketing across all service lines of commercial real estate.

She produces corporate, creative business materials for leasing, tenant rep, and a variety of office and multifamily developments.  She combines 13 years of design and marketing experience with thoughtful strategies and market research.

Over the years, Ms. Schultz has worked to rebrand 4 companies and execute new design standards.  Prior to this role, she was the Charlotte marketing lead for Cushman & Wakefield, producing offering memorandums, pitches, and in-depth leasing tools.

Ms. Schultz is from the Finger Lakes area of New York.  She has lived in Charlotte for 10 years and loves being involved in the city’s growth and development story.

LEAD ENGINEER

The Lead Engineer for 300 S. Tryon is responsible for the day-to-day maintenance of a state of the art LEED Gold, high-rise facility in Charlotte, NC totaling 630,000 square feet of mixed-use Class A space.  300 South Tryon has been designed as a ‘Best in Class’ facility with “Sophisticated, Southern Style”, and is operated as such from both a tenant experience and operational performance perspective.  The Lead Engineer will serve as a technical resource for the property management team.  Daily duties include responding to work orders, ensuring tenant comfort, maintaining and repairing equipment with the goal of 100% uptime.
