What the area has to offer

Keystone at The Park offers excellent connectivity, situated alongside I-77 and next to abundant retail along a park entry point, Gilead Road. A variety of restaurants and grocery, including Harris Teeter, Publix, and Earthfare are nearby. Additional conveniences around the corner include Starbucks, FedEx, Walgreens, and Anytime Fitness. The nearly immediate access to I-77 provides an all-highway route to Uptown Charlotte (15 miles), Charlotte-Douglas International Airport (18 miles), and allows for quick access to I-85 and I-485.

Lake Norman is an “inland sea” with 520 miles of shoreline and a surface area of more than 32,475 acres. The lake provides excellent recreational activities with eight public boating access areas, over a dozen marinas and boating clubs, and two bank fishing areas.
